Objective: Looking for the opportunity to work as a Camp Manager / Facility manager for a reputed company.
- Responsibilities:
- Been managing lot of oil & gas comanies faciltiy mangement contracts.
- Presently managing construction and operation & manintenace scope of Chevron oil company in kazaksthan 5 different camps in territory to support ongoing 3GI facility construction for futre growth.
• Responsible for managing multinational workforce.
• Manage accommodation for staff and laborers.
• To plan and organize accommodation for new hires as and present staff.
• Handle allocation of rooms as per contract to staff and laborers.
• Keeping records of labors staying in accommodation.
• Report of daily absenteeism to HRD.
• Keep track of laborers movement to/from other camp or project.
• Responsible for cleanliness, safety, security and maintenance of camp.
• Responsible for Electricity and water supply to the camp.
• Responsible for the clearance of sewerage water from septic tanks.
• Organize transport for emergency cases.
• Overseeing the daily movement of employees to / from sites.
• Ensure discipline in the camp.
• Handle immediate first aid and inform doctor in case of emergency.
To oversee facility management /catering services / housekeeping and all support services provided by the sub contractors at site as per the contract
Arrange all logistics support to the ongoing project.
Aug'2015 to till Date Working with Chevron oil company as a Camp Superintedent in Kazaksthan managing onshore and offshore camp construction facilities as well managing sub contractors ongoing camp construction camp activities and support facilites.Presently got 5 camps under direct control post construction on Caspian sea.Its one of the worlds biggest ongoing project at the moment,its 3rd generation plant
1. FEB’2009 to Sept'2013 Contracted by Kellogg Brown and Root(KBR +SNAMP JV NIGERIA) to coordinate all camp life support and catering services for a 7000 man camp on the Chevron Nigeria Ltd Escravos GTL project in the Delta State region of Nigeria, Africa. Ensure that all Health, Safety, life support, food services and accommodation management requirements are met by the camp contractors and attend and participate in contractor safety meetings. Perform documented weekly camp and associated facilities inspections and insure that all deficiencies are corrected in a timely manner.
Taking care of aviation and river boats bookings, transportation, and drinking water supply at site as well accommodations and accommodation bookings for all arrivals & departure folks.
2. SEPT’08 TO DEC’08: Worked with RCS (Renaissance Support services Lda-Angola) as an area supervisor was managing 4 onshore oil companies remote sites, providing logistics support & oversee catering and support services provided to all ongoing operations, responsible for all accommodations, guest house and their maintenance, providing best quality of food services in all facilities, to deal with clients, staff, to do costing and budget of all services provided to the clients, to arrange for supplies as per the requirements of all locations and clients.
3. FEB’2007 TO JULY’08 : Worked as camp manager with Intracs Yemen, managing oil n gas companies camp as well as production sites too.resposible for the ongoing projects camp management, catering and housekeeping services, camp maintenance,accommodation,logistics arrangements provided to the clients Clients: Halliburton, safer oil co, hunt, schlumberger, Gama,Punj Lloyd ltd,DNO .
4.26/10/06 TO 22/12/06 : DAMAC CATERING SERVICES.QATAR (ASIAN GAMES DOHA 2006)
Worked as a kitchen and transport co-coordinator for Doha Asian Games. Responsible for the segregation and dispatching of prepared meals and transporting the meals and food supplies to Doha 15th Asian games various venues in safe and hygienic condition in limited timing.
5. NOV 05 TO JULY 06 : ESS- COMPASS GROUP RUSSIA. (Project Manager) Had managed Sakhalin Energy’s residential complex spread in 12 acres of land (Shell) which includes bars and family restaurant, managed ongoing oil & gas field projects catering and support services contract, outdoor catering, later had managed Exxon oil co’s ongoing pipe line terminal project in De-kastri. (JGC, chiyoda)
Residential complex consist of 700 family villas and 500 bachelors accommodation.
6. AUG 05 TO NOV 05 : UNIVERSAL SODEXHO (OPERATIONS MGR)
Responsible for the Catering& logistics and support services provided on offshore drilling projects and base camp at jetty in the east coast –Kakinada-India(deep sea drillship), was taking care of smooth supplies of food stuffs, staff rotation, providing logistics support to the offshore operations, dealing with the clients and their requirements,etc. (Transocean, reliance, ONGC)
7. 1999 TO 2004 : Managed own dry cleaning laundry and a bar & restaurant in home town.
8. JUNE 95 TO JAN 97 : S.S.CO.LTD. (KSA) (CAMP BOSS) 5000 man day camp.
Managed Saudi oger diriyah, royal guard and naval base in Saudi,
Responsible for the smooth operation of the ongoing project and to deal with the client’s n management, to take care of day to day activities in the camp.
9. SEPT 93 TO APR 95 : M.M.BADKOOK GROUP (KSA) (CAMP BOSS)
Mobilized royal Saudi naval base and ministry of P.T.T. (HO+Telephone Inquiry building + international communication building) catering and support services contract in Riyadh- Saudi Arabia and was managing it further independently.
10. MAR 82 TO JUNE 93 : NCMS (SODEXHO) (CAMP BOSS)
Managed and mobilized many projects in Saudi including Riyadh petrochemical refinery,Jeddah refinery,Saudi defence (NAval base,air defence base,army HQ,)Saudi post & Telegraph HO and communication centers, Saudi oger, king Fahd hospitals, saudi ceramic co, proctor & gamble co, Thomson(CSF),Boliden mining co, Bechtel,SIDF,Mecca water plant etc. Had managed labor and family compounds, airport Accommodations & catering, royal Saudi defense camp,Had manged all these facillties independently.
